Fertilization is an important process in the growth of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L). Fertilizing usually used inorganic fertilizers. Using fertilizers continuously could degrading soil fertility. One efforts to replace was using endophytic bacteria as biofertilizers. Some are abundant healthy plant tissues. The aim this research obtain auxin-producing plants and determine effect seed immersion microcapsules addition on growth. design Complete Randomized Design (CRD), 16 treatments 3 replications. first factor suspension consisting S0= 0 hours; S1= 5 S2= 6 hours S3= 7 second B0= gr; B1= B2= 10 B3= 15 gr. Isolation from roots stems obtained isolates endophyte bacteria. Auxin assays showed that five were able produce auxin. Observations height best treatment B1 (32.49 cm). Observation total leaves S3 highest data (11.83 strands). rod diameter parameter, (4.01 mm). For leaf area value (66.64 cm2). wet weight (18.41 g). Root length B3 (15.78 Test results application significantly increased cocoa.
